MIXED GROUND CONVEYOR

For compact installations
Stops and accumulations can be achieved by simple mechanical disengagement without stopping stations or automation.
Different speeds are possible on the same line.
Accumulations are possible over 250 or 400 mm (others on request).
Cardan chain guided by 8 rollers, temperature up to 250 °.
The rails are made of steel.
Each trolley is independent and equipped with 4 support wheels and 4 guide bearings.

The DVL mixed conveyor allows accumulations and stops with a monorail type operation. It is an excellent compromise between the monorail conveyor, which is economical but reserved for simple processes, and the more elaborate twin-rail conveyor.
