GROUND CONVEYORS

Manual conveyors, generally overhead, are used when production rates are limited and motorization is not necessary. Requiring neither motorization nor automation, they have an excellent performance/cost ratio, and their operating cost is negligible. They are suitable for both simple and complex processes. For example in the context of a painting installation, our manual conveyors can be used for sandblasting, shot blasting, washing, surface treatment, application of liquid or powder paint (powdering), baking at temperatures high, just like overhead conveyors simple and double track, themfloor conveyors, and our entire range of handling.

The loads suspended from trolleys (or carriages) circulating in a rail are handled manually by operators. They can be accumulated, and circulate in different circuits thanks to manually or pneumatically controlled switches. They can also be transferred using ferries, which allow square transfers. Thanks in particular to this mode of transfer, these conveyors optimize the surfaces on the ground. They can be used for loads up to 1T, or even beyond if necessary.
